Comprehensive First Consultation With Our Dietitian

Following your screening, you’ll have an in-depth consultation with our registered dietitian (online or in-person). This session explores your dietary habits, metabolic challenges, preferences, and daily routines. Your dietitian will develop a personalized nutrition strategy focused on sustainable fat loss, metabolic health, and long-term behavior change—without the use of prescription medications.

Lifestyle & Metabolic Coaching With Our Pharmacist-Coach

Concurrently, your pharmacist-coach will review your screening and nutrition plan to provide evidence-based guidance on supplements (if appropriate), meal timing, metabolic optimization, and lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and physical activity. This ensures your program is grounded in science, safety, and practicality.

Personalized Program Design & Kick-Off

Once your nutrition and lifestyle assessments are complete, your pharmacist-coach will finalize your fully personalized 3-month program. During your program kick-off session, you’ll be guided through your nutrition targets, lifestyle strategies, supplement plan (if any), and practical implementation steps—so you start confidently and clearly.

Structured Follow-Up & Ongoing Support

Your program includes structured follow-ups to support consistency and progress.

  • Dietitian support: Weekly follow-ups during the first month to establish habits and troubleshoot challenges, followed by bi-weekly and then monthly reviews thereafter to refine your plan.
